1. Donate Item(s) for Auction
Do you have an item or artistic passion to donate to the auction? Perhaps you have an artist friend who may wish to donate an item?
Types of items which may be donated: Artwork, Fiber Art/Mixed Media, Small Ceramic, Jewelry, a signed copy or vintage book, intangible items such as free coaching, educational program/service you offer, etc. In general, Tiny Art items which are easy to package, mail and/or deliver.
To donate, please complete the Auction Donation Form (form is a .pdf fillable form - be sure to SAVE your completed form). Then, take a few high-quality photos of your item (several angles e.g. straight, on sides, back). Send your completed Auction Donation Form and pictures to: [email protected]. Please send your Auction Donation Form and item photos no later than January 7th, 2023.
HWF will acknowledge receipt of each donation when your Auction Donation Form, and you will receive an in-kind donation letter at the conclusion of the auction.
Once the auction ends, winning bidder information will be sent to you. Items should be shipped to winners by Thursday, February 9, 2023.
