This eight-hour course, Tai Chi Easy™ for Vitality & Health (TCE4VH), seeks to make learning many of the powerful Tai Chi and Qigong practices, taught in the 25-hour Tai Chi Easy™ Practice Leader Trainings, more accessible to all. 

This streamlined curriculum focuses on self-care, and allows individuals of all abilities to begin a personal practice routine immediately after completing the course. The concise, low-cost course can also be the perfect first step to becoming a Practice Leader later on OR can be used as a "refresher" course for those who are already Practice Leaders! 

TCE4VH will be offered in-person at the Omega Institute from July 11-13, 2025.
