January 29 - Mindful Medicine: An Integrative Approach for Healthy Aging
April 30 - Radiant Health - Mindful Living This free online event explores evidence-based integrative mind-body-health practices that we can do in our daily lives to enhance our health and vitality and optimize our own natural immune system and healing process.  We explore life balance, the power of positive thinking, the importance of healthy foods, creating and maintaining healthy authentic relationships with others and learning to truly savor the present moment.  We will also practice Vitality Enhancement Methods and Integral Qigong Practices designed to relieve stress, improve physical balance and heart health, increase immune function and improve mental focus and clarity.
July 30 - Understanding the Brain Disease of Addiction: The Importance of Qigong/Tai Chi Practices in the Recovery Process
October 29 - Understanding Alzheimer's Disease: Research, Prevention and Reversing Progression
December 31 - The Amazing Health Benefits of Sleep and Nature

Gatherings on the Cloud begin at noon PST/3:00 pm EST and last for approximately 60-90 minutes.
